Your place is secured with a deposit of £100. This is non-refundable. We offer an Early Bird Discount of £20 if you apply before 31st March 2024. If you are a returning student who is introducing a new student, you are entitled to a £50 discount.

On your booking form, you are requested to indicate your first and second preference. We will always try to allocate your preferred accommodation to you, but this may not always be possible. There are a limited number of rooms which are fully accessible, and we have to consider the health and mobility needs of all students - these students can apply for a 25% discount of their fee.

There are also a limited number of single accommodation options, which are usually allocated on a first come, first served basis, so we recommend you book early.

If you picked a ‘shared’ option, we will attempt to ensure that you are sharing with people who keep similar hours to you, if you haven't already identified who you will be sharing with.

If you are camping, you can use all the amenities available in Ingestre Hall, and there are also outdoor toilet facilities.

Day students are those who have arranged their own accommodation off-site. Their stay doesn't include breakfast, but does include lunch and dinner.

We charge a fee for children aged six to sixteen; children under six can attend free. Children must be accommodated with their parents or guardians, who are responsible for their supervision whilst at the Summer School.
